I opened my agency in 2006 and currently lead a team of four. I've been with State Farm since 1994 and have worked in the insurance industry since 1989, giving me decades of experience helping customers protect what matters most. I'm a graduate of Bluefield College with a bachelor's degree and a proud grandmother who is excited to welcome another grandbaby soon.

I'm actively involved in our community as a member of the Greene County Chamber of Commerce and enjoy spending time at the local golf course. Building relationships and supporting our community are important parts of who we are.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an Account Associate for Cynthia Shifflett - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
