Jason Putnam State Farm Agency seeks an Account Manager to drive daily operations and customer success. You will cultivate meaningful relationships, bridge customer needs with agency departments, and promote relevant products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management is preferred.

I opened my agency in 2026 and I’m excited to build something special as we grow. Right now, our team includes one team member plus myself, and I’m looking to add motivated people who want to be part of an agency that’s building momentum from day one. Before opening my office, I worked for a State Farm agent for four years, and prior to that I built my career in logistics sales — so I’m no stranger to working hard, setting goals, and earning results.

I attended the University of Minnesota, and outside of the office you’ll usually find me golfing, playing pickleball, or catching a game — I’m a big sports fan and I love staying active. That same energy carries into our office culture too. We keep things fun, upbeat, and positive, with open and honest communication and a true team mindset.
