Brian Brzycki - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and proactive marketing of insurance products. You will act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, driving retention and growth while supporting a team-focused environment.

Ideal candidates will be sociable, sales-minded, and coachable, with a desire to build something from the ground up in a brand-new agency setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent six years working for another agent, always with the goal of owning my own agency and building something of my own.

I’m a graduate of Purdue University and an avid golfer who enjoys staying active outside of the office.
