Mark Tipton - State Farm Agent in the St. Louis Metro Area is seeking an Account Manager Team Member to grow relationships with customers and help protect what matters most.

No insurance experience is required; we train the right person. You’ll build trust, conduct policy reviews, and develop your sales and service skills in a supportive, performance‑driven environment.

Mark Tipton - State Farm Agent is a growing State Farm Multi-Office Agency serving the St. Louis Metro Area, and we're looking for a motivated person to join our team as an Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member.

No insurance experience? That's okay. We'll train the right person.

What You'll Do

This isn't a position where you'll spend your day simply answering phones or processing paperwork. You'll play an important role in helping customers protect what matters most while helping our agency continue to grow.

You'll

• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Help customers understand their insurance and identify opportunities to improve their coverage
• Conduct policy reviews and make personalized recommendations
• Work with both warm and cold leads to identify needs and offer appropriate insurance products
• Proactively follow up with customers and prospects
• Help resolve customer concerns and create an excellent overall experience
• Develop sales, communication, relationship-building, and insurance knowledge that can help you grow your career
