John Grimes - State Farm Agent is seeking motivated individuals to join our 5-Star Rated team. No prior insurance or sales experience required; we train from the ground up to become effective communicators and product experts in insurance.

We offer comprehensive training, a strong base salary, and long-term earning potential. As an Agent Team Member you’ll reach out to prospective customers, craft tailored proposals, and explain the value of doing business with our agency.

• Create custom solutions and proposals for prospective customers

Requirements

Required Background

• We expect that you have previously worked in an office setting (Banking, HealthCare Admin, etc); or that you have worked in retail sales (cell phone, vehicle, cable, or tele-sales)
• Recent college graduates also welcome to apply
