Shannon Reed - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Associate to help grow the office through meaningful customer relations and by acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.
You will improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services, handling policy changes, claims, and inquiries with a focus on service excellence and community engagement.
I opened my first agency in 2010, expanded to a second location in 2016, and today lead a team of 12. State Farm has always been close to home for me, as both my sister and brother-in-law are agents. I also have a competitive background, having played field hockey and softball in college before attending graduate school at Mississippi State University.
Our agencies enjoy staying connected to the communities we serve through local sponsorships, events, and other opportunities to give back.
We offer health benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, licensing reimbursement, performance incentives, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in rewarding hard work while creating an environment where people can enjoy what they do.
Our culture is positive, collaborative, and fun—our team genuinely gets along and enjoys working together. I'm looking for someone who is coachable, outgoing, team-oriented, and brings a positive attitude to the office. If you enjoy working hard, having fun, and growing alongside a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.
