ABOUT OUR AGENCY :

  • The mission of Brock T. Quinn State Farm agency is to provide unmatched service, assist in managing our customers' risks, and help them realize their economic freedom through personalized service.
  • Founded in 2014, our agency is located in Scottsdale, AZ.
  • We offer insurance and financial services including auto, home, condo, renters, life, income protection, non-primary property, business, and flood insurance.
  • Our agency is ranked in the top 1% nationwide out of 19,500 agencies, earning awards like President's Club, Ambassador Travel, Chairman’s Circle, Legion of Honor, and Senior Vice President’s Club.
  • Located in a modern open office near Old Town Scottsdale, we have nine licensed agents and are looking to expand our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, providing follow-up as needed.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, including inquiries about insurance options, policy management, claims, and billing.
  • Build successful, long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Experience in managing client relationships preferred.
  • Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail, telemarketing) preferred.
  • Interest in marketing products based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and listening.
  • Strong customer service dedication.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and relate effectively.
