Jesse Jones - State Farm Agent in Ohio is seeking an Account Manager to support daily operations, grow the agency through meaningful customer relations, and serve as a liaison between customer needs and office departments.

You will develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention, conduct policy reviews, resolve complex issues, and use insurance product knowledge to explain and sell policies to cold and warm leads, all within a collaborative, community-focused team.

I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. I’ve been with State Farm for 30 years, bringing decades of experience and industry knowledge to both our customers and team. I’m a proud graduate of The Ohio State University in Columbus, where I earned my B.A. Outside of work, I’m married with two children and love spending time outdoors. I’m also a big Buckeyes fan - my son is currently a junior at Ohio State, and my daughter is a proud Marine veteran.

Giving back is incredibly important to me. For the past seven years, I’ve volunteered with Meals on Wheels through Fairfield County’s Hub senior community. I’m also involved with Rotary and enjoy participating in local events and finding ways to serve and support the community around us.
