State Farm Agent Lakitsia Gaines is seeking an Account Manager Team Member in Lakitsia Gaines - State Farm Agent to strengthen daily operations and customer success. You will grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will market relevant products and services, grow your career, and contribute to a team that values integrity, support, and helping others. A customer-oriented, sales-minded professional is desired.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management.

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

About Our Agency

Our agency opened in 2006 and has grown into a thriving team of 19 across multiple offices. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked with State Farm in communications and public affairs, which helped shape my leadership style and commitment to serving both our customers and our community.

I’m a graduate of Florida A&M University, where I earned my degree magna cum laude, and I’m proud that my family represents five generations at FAMU. I’m a Million Dollar Round Table qualifier and a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. A fun fact about me: I once won The Price Is Right! I’m also honored to be the first and only African American woman to operate three State Farm offices.
