I opened my agency in 2012 and currently lead a team of 11. I’ve been in the insurance industry for over 18 years and eventually made the move to State Farm to continue building a career focused on helping people while developing a strong, successful team. I attended school in Arlington and was born and raised in the area. Outside of work, I’m a busy mom of four and have been married for 11 years. Role Description

As an Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Imelda Mendoza - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
