Kelsey DeLuca - State Farm Agent in Dallas is seeking an Account Manager Team Member to grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and proactive insurance product recommendations.

You will develop and maintain relationships, review policies, resolve complex issues, and sell policies to warm and cold leads, while supporting a team focused on service and growth.

Before returning to agency ownership, I served as a State Farm agent in Alaska, worked as a Sales Leader, and later held a corporate role. I ultimately realized my passion was working directly with customers and developing a great team. Outside of work, I'm a foodie who loves traveling, spending time with family, and exploring new places with my two dogs and cat.
