Mike Contreras - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to strengthen customer relationships and drive retention. You will act as the bridge between customers and internal departments, promoting tailored insurance solutions and ensuring customer success.

You’ll lead efforts to review policies, advise on coverage, and resolve complex issues while growing the client base through proactive service and targeted product recommendations.

ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a team of three. I spent 20 years owning and operating businesses before transitioning into the insurance industry as a State Farm team member and eventually becoming an agent. I’m a Fresno State graduate, and outside of work, I enjoy adventure - everything from mountain climbing to scuba diving.
