Savannah Bur State Farm Agent in Texas is seeking an Account Manager to support daily operations and customer success. You will grow the agency by building meaningful relationships and serving as a bridge between customer needs and agency departments.

You will apply knowledge of insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to cold and warm leads, conduct policy reviews, and help resolve complex customer issues. A self-driven, detail-oriented approach and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Spanish speaking preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Have or be able to get licensed in both P&C as well as life & health.

As Account Manager for Savannah Bur State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
• Be self-driven and detail oriented in order to connect with customers, quote new policies, and follow up as needed.

SALARY

• Base salary between $35,000 & $45,000.
• Commission earned on policies sold in addition to base salary.
