Hilb Group in LaPlace, LA is seeking a driven Commercial Lines Account Manager Senior Assistant to join our team in-office. The ideal candidate will be well organized, able to prioritize, and collaborate effectively with Account and Marketing Managers to support client accounts.

Responsibilities include issuing certificates, crafting proposals, and facilitating electronic policy delivery while maintaining exceptional service standards and a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient data entry skills.
• Must be organized and have good time management skills.
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, and also can quickly learn new programs.
• Must be detail oriented with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter.

• Perform a varied array of functions including, but not limited to, issuing certificates of insurance, crafting proposals, facilitating electronic policy delivery for our customers, as well as other related customer account documents.
