Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling: use AI-powered tools to meet contract hours and minimize overtime.
• Lead and develop security officers and supervisors, overseeing payroll and performance.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary point of contact, ensuring high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee compliance and site standards, including inventory and safety programs.
