Grant Associates in the United States is seeking an Account Manager to build and manage a portfolio of employer relationships and drive high-volume recruitment opportunities. You will screen candidates, coordinate with Career Advisors, and meet monthly team goals in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.

This role requires energy, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or with the team, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years experience as an Account Manager/ Job Developer.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bi-Lingual in Spanish and/or Mandarin/Cantonese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with employers to generate job opportunities.
• Market job opportunities to job-seekers through meetings and on-site events; extensive cold calling.
• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates; screen per job requirements and refer to interviews.
• Collaborate with Career Advisors to align job types with candidate skills.
• Provide progress reports and updates to program staff; document in CRM.
• Support recruitment events and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
