Rent-A-Center in Toledo, OH is hiring for an Account Manager who will oversee rental accounts, deliver exceptional service, drive account performance, and support sales growth through strong customer relationships.

This full-time role involves completing deliveries and pickups, maintaining store standards, handling early-stage collections, and ensuring safe handling of merchandise, with a starting hourly rate of $14.45–$17.00.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build relationships.
Conduct early-stage collections (1-6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
Maintain account health and secure payment commitments.
Complete assigned routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
Adhere to all company safety and operational guidelines.
