Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring an Account Manager to handle a portfolio of rental accounts, deliver excellent service, and drive account performance. The role includes deliveries, pickups, sales growth, and early-stage collections with strong customer relationships. Flexible, full-time schedule with Mon–Sat, Sundays off, and paid time off benefits.

Starting pay is $13.01–$15.30 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits including health, 401(k), and insurance options. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum age 18+ required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and maintain relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due).
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to all company safety and operational guidelines.
