Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental accounts, deliver outstanding customer service, drive account performance, and coordinate deliveries and pickups. You will build strong relationships with customers while supporting sales growth and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

This full-time role offers competitive compensation with an hourly starting rate of $18.00 to $18.70, weekly pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts and build strong customer relationships.
Handle early-stage collections (16 days past due) and meet collection targets.
Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using management tools.
Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
Provide white-glove service in-store, by phone, and at customers homes.
Support sales growth by generating new rental agreements.
Safely install and handle merchandise and transport showroom items.
Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles and follow safety guidelines.
