Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to supervise daily operations, oversee dispensing, and drive clinical and financial performance for our pharmacy services supporting behavioral health and addiction treatment programs.

The role emphasizes coaching and developing pharmacy staff, ensuring adherence to state and federal laws, and expanding services while delivering exceptional consumer experiences. A PharmD or Pharmacist license is required.

Qualifications

Pharmacist degree or PharmD required.
Active pharmacist license in Pennsylvania is required.
Immunization certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

Create a great consumer and clinic partner experience and build solid relationships.
Counsel and educate patients on medications, adverse effects, and schedules.
Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and internal policies.
Conduct wellness services such as immunizations and flu shots.
Drive pharmacy profitability and growth opportunities.
Coach and develop pharmacy staff to reach potential.
Promote a collaborative team culture aligned with core values.
Recruit top talent for pharmacy roles and manage workforce planning.
