Qualifications

• BS Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Current pharmacist license in Indiana.
• Immunization certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a community pharmacy and dispensing.
• Coach, develop and manage pharmacy staff to deliver quality care.
• Counsel patients on medication usage and side effects.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and policies.
• Provide immunizations and other preventive services.
• Drive pharmacy profitability and growth opportunities.
• Lead talent recruitment and workforce planning.
• Build relationships with community, clinics and stakeholders.
• Review KPIs and identify trends for improvement.
• Promote pharmacy offerings and marketing plans.
