WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
- Connecting and integrating new solutions with current partners;
- Onboarding PSP companies to receive processing channels with new partners brought by business development managers;
- Scaling and increasing capacity of current solutions;
- Creating and managing a risk register for current partners;
- Analyzing conversion ratios and traffic quality;
- Maintaining a dashboard for all merchant accounts in the context of partners;
- Revising financial conditions (processing rates, settlements, rolling reserves, and deposits);
- Handling partner requests related to merchant accounts (compliance, IPS, acquirers, etc.);
- Resolving issues with settlement delays or partner debts;
- Updating partner information (volume limits, transactional software, etc.).
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management within the PSP industry.
- Strong understanding of payment processing, financial conditions, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using dashboards and analytical tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluent in English and knowledge of Russian.
