Job description

The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player committed to our partners' success.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
  • Connecting and integrating new solutions with current partners;
  • Onboarding PSP companies to receive processing channels with new partners brought by business development managers;
  • Scaling and increasing capacity of current solutions;
  • Creating and managing a risk register for current partners;
  • Analyzing conversion ratios and traffic quality;
  • Maintaining a dashboard for all merchant accounts in the context of partners;
  • Revising financial conditions (processing rates, settlements, rolling reserves, and deposits);
  • Handling partner requests related to merchant accounts (compliance, IPS, acquirers, etc.);
  • Resolving issues with settlement delays or partner debts;
  • Updating partner information (volume limits, transactional software, etc.).
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management within the PSP industry.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, financial conditions, and risk management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using dashboards and analytical tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Fluent in English and knowledge of Russian.
