Job Purpose

This position primarily involves market development and promotional activities for Bracco’s cardiovascular PET agent, CardioGen-82. The Nuclear Medicine Accounts Manager will interface with nuclear cardiologists, nuclear medicine physicians, radiologists, technologists, nursing personnel, business administrators, financial officers, and nuclear pharmacists. Business interactions also include vendors of nuclear (SPECT & PET) camera equipment, radio pharmacies, and imaging service providers, both mobile and standalone.

Main Responsibilities, Activities, Duties, and Tasks

  • Implement initiatives to expand cardiovascular PET imaging with CardioGen-82.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of cardiovascular diagnostic imaging, emphasizing PET.
  • Create territory action plans with objectives, steps, timelines, and actions to meet goals.
  • Conduct educational programs (in-services, seminars, symposia) on CardioGen-82.
  • Build rapport with thought leaders and imaging businesses.
  • Maintain updated territory and customer records.
  • Provide technical support to nuclear medicine/cardiology departments.
  • Communicate market intelligence, including competitive trends, to marketing and sales teams.
  • Continuously enhance personal knowledge of markets, products, and customer needs.
  • Travel as needed, including some weekends for meetings and events.
  • Manage time, company property, and funding responsibly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

  • B.S/BA in a relevant field preferred.

Professional Experience, Knowledge, and Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience.
  • Experience in cardiovascular medicine, diagnostic imaging, or medical equipment is preferred.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve results.
  • Managerial Skills: Business acumen, collaboration, impact, communication, ownership, customer focus.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • CNMT, NCT, or ARRT (N) preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license without restrictions.
  • Compliance with vaccination and background check requirements for credentialing.

Physical Demands

Travel is required (40-50%), including some weekends. The role is field-based, and accommodations can be made for disabilities.
