Job summary

Catholic Mutual Group, established in 1889, seeks an experienced insurance professional to join as a Member Services Account Manager. This role focuses on managing property and casualty coverage programs for Catholic institutions, serving as a client liaison, and maintaining strong member relationships.

You will work with senior leaders to provide day-to-day servicing, problem-solving, and analysis of unique coverage programs, with a hybrid schedule after training and a 36-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years of property and casualty insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel (≈10%).
• Professional insurance designation preferred but not required.

We are currently seeking an experienced insurance professional to join our team as a Member Services Account Manager.

Position Overview

The Member Services Account Manager is responsible for managing property and casualty coverage programs for Catholic institutions. This role involves coordinating all areas of coverage, serving as a client liaison, and cultivating strong member relationships. You'll work closely with senior leaders and provide day-to-day servicing, problem-solving, and analysis of unique coverage programs.
