Job summary

Digi Security Systems, a leading low voltage security provider, seeks an Account Manager in Houston, TX. You will support current partners and build new relationships across the Houston region, delivering CCTV, access control, and other security solutions with a focus on customer experience.

You will travel for events, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure projects are completed on time with high attention to detail, contributing to Digi's growth in Texas and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Support and grow relationships with existing partners while developing new business across Houston.
• Design and implement low voltage systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion, Fire Alarm, Data, VOI) with clients in Houston.
• Communicate clearly with clients and coworkers as part of Digi's customer experience.
• Deliver systems on time and on budget, treating each partner as an extension of their organization.
• Attend events and tradeshows to grow the client base.
• Work with attention to detail and be a self-starter, with compensation tied to team success.

Digi brings decades of product knowledge and true partnership to Texas, with a growing presence in the Dallas, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio markets. As an Account Manager, you will support our current partners and build new relationships across the Houston region, helping us extend the same world-class customer experience that has made us a trusted technology partner for schools, universities, state facilities, hospitals, and enterprises for more than 20 years.

What You'll Do

• Support and grow relationships with existing partners while developing new business across Houston, and support the broader Austin and San Antonio markets as needed
• Design and implement low voltage security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion, Fire Alarm, Data, VOI, and others) in partnership with clients across the Houston region
• Communicate clearly and consistently with clients and coworkers, both verbally and in writing, as a core part of Digi's customer experience
• Deliver systems on time, on budget, and with technology that works, treating every partner as an extension of their organization
• Attend events and tradeshows as needed to grow the client base
• Work with extreme attention to detail as a self-starter, with compensation tied directly to your and your team's success
