Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola USA is hiring an Account Manager Lead to represent the company with existing and prospective accounts. You will drive growth, promote Coca-Cola products, execute promotions, and ensure stores are merchandised to Swire standards.

You will mentor teammates, manage store displays, rotate stock for FIFO, and coordinate promotional activities while maintaining inventory and back-room organization. A customer-focused, results-driven approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Driver's License required.
• 1+ years retail, customer service, beverage, or consumer goods experience required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with decision makers at customer locations and place product orders.
• Maintain beverage sections, build displays, fill coolers, and rotate stock per company standards.
• Act as a mentor and backup for others in the sales organization.
• Rotate products to ensure FIFO stocking.
• Sell in additional displays, new products, and promotional items to increase revenue.
• Manage back-room stock areas and prepare credits for pickup by bulk driver.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
