Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on iPhone/iPad.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Reliable form of transportation.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Interact with decision makers at customer locations and place product orders.
• Manage beverage sections, displays, coolers, and stock levels.
• Coordinate with merchandisers and drivers to align displays with standards.
• Sell additional displays and promotional items to increase sales.
• Ensure CMA compliance and regular confirmations with store management.
• Maintain back stock areas safely and prepare credits for pickup by drivers.
• Collaborate with auditors to promote products in large stores.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.
• Cover merchandising duties when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
