Responsible for providing customer service and overall management of assigned customers and policies on large market accounts. Supports Producers in soliciting new business and other Producer-led initiatives. Provides mentoring to staff to support the immediate supervisor.
This is a remote role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Foster and manage relationships with clients to ensure retention and high satisfaction across small to large market portfolios.
- Support Producers in developing new business opportunities with existing clients and prospects.
- Initiate renewal processes for existing clients and develop renewal strategies with Producers.
- Analyze exposures and develop renewal or new business specifications for marketing.
- Conduct marketing, negotiate rates, and review quotes and coverages for competitiveness and accuracy.
- Review policies for appropriateness, identify deficiencies, and prepare proposals.
- Finalize proposals and presentations in coordination with Producers.
- Bind insurance coverage, prepare binders, and issue delegate certificates.
- Review policies and contracts for accuracy.
- Prepare coverage summaries or schedules for clients.
- Review client accounting histories, respond to inquiries, correct discrepancies, and follow up on receivables.
- Provide technical guidance to staff assisting with client needs or procedural issues.
- Participate in the claims process as directed, including submission, follow-up, and communication.
- Notify Producers of pertinent client retention information.
- Meet with clients as needed or directed by Producers.
- Mentor staff to support the immediate supervisor.
- Manage fee collection, reconciliation, and resolve outstanding balances within 90 days of invoicing.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the agency management system.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Eight (8) or more years of related work experience
- Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisor
- Valid Insurance License required
- Must meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Pay Type: Salary
- Minimum Salary: $80,000.00
- Maximum Salary: $90,000.00
