Summary

Responsible for providing customer service and managing assigned customer accounts and policies, supporting new business efforts, and mentoring staff to support the supervisor. This is a remote role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Manage relationships with clients to ensure retention and high satisfaction;
  2. Support in developing new business opportunities;
  3. Initiate renewal processes and develop renewal strategies;
  4. Analyze exposures and develop marketing specifications;
  5. Conduct marketing, negotiate rates, and review quotes and coverages;
  6. Review policies for accuracy and coverage adequacy;
  7. Prepare proposals, summaries, and schedules of coverage;
  8. Review client accounting, respond to inquiries, and manage receivables;
  9. Provide technical guidance to staff;
  10. Participate in the claims process as directed;
  11. Notify producers of pertinent client information;
  12. Meet with clients as needed;
  13. Mentor staff and support the supervisor;
  14. Handle fee collection and resolve outstanding balances;
  15. Maintain data integrity within the agency management system;
  16. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

  • Valid Insurance License (must meet Continuing Education requirements)
