Perficut Companies, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction in our local landscape division.

You will present recommendations for property improvements, manage all client communications, and partner with customers to promote landscape enhancements that beautify properties. You will maintain site-visit schedules, lead resolution of issues, and drive revenue, profitability, and contract renewals while delivering high-quality service within

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the landscape industry in an account management or similar capacity.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organization and conflict management abilities
• Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail
• Determination to exceed goals by working independently and as a leader
• Experience in managing enhancement sales and estimation

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction
• Present recommendations for property improvements, proper horticulture procedures, and quality service within budget
• Manage all customer communication within client portfolio
• Partner with client to actively promote landscape enhancements to beautify existing properties
• Maintain a schedule for client/site visits to ensure quality and service expectations are met or exceeded
• Lead in the resolution of customer problems or concerns
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals
• Ensure renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio
