Job summary

Botanical Designs LLC is seeking an Account Manager to oversee assigned client accounts, build lasting relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and retention. You will collaborate with design and installation teams, identify upsell opportunities, maintain CRM records daily, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced landscaping environment.

This is a full-time, on-site Seattle role with potential for commission based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years customer service experience.
• Minimum 5 years landscaping experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, horticulture or related field, or 4 years of customer service experience in the horticulture industry.
• Valid driver's license and a driving record that allows the employee to be covered by the company insurance.
• Adept at using Microsoft Office365 and online sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with account contacts ensuring long-term retention and loyalty.
• Identify growth opportunities through upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met, and deliverables are aligned to address client goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute unique solutions to resolve client issues through to completion and ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
• Conduct well-prepared meetings with decision makers; qualify business and take advantage of opportunities to create value.
• Update client relationship management software daily to document activity and pipeline status.
