Aaron Freitag State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager Team Member to support daily operations and grow the agency through strong client relations and proactive insurance education. You will serve as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, and you will help tailor relevant products and services to each client.

You should be sales-minded, sociable, and attentive, with a track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues and needs.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
