Century Fire Protection in Orlando, FL is seeking an Account Manager to support and maintain customer relationships across inspections, repairs, and service activities, ensuring satisfaction and timely execution. You will serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, coordinate post-sales inspection dispatches, document compliance needs, and prepare repair proposals and timelines for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in account management or customer service.
• Fire protection or technical services experience a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts, building professional relationships.
• Establish post-sales relationships to support inspection, testing, and maintenance services.
• Review customer requirements and coordinate inspection dispatches.
• Conduct regular reviews of inspection schedules to ensure dispatches are up to date.
• Prepare deficiency repair proposals, create and dispatch work orders, and communicate timelines.
• Follow up on completed inspections to confirm satisfaction and identify additional service opportunities.
• Respond promptly to customer requests regarding billing, pricing, inspection results, and other account matters.
• Collaborate with service, operations, and billing teams to ensure accurate documentation and efficient service delivery.
