Job summary

Impact Fire Services is seeking a motivated Service Sales Representative to expand our commercial fire and life safety business in Orlando. You will build long-term customer relationships by promoting and selling preventive maintenance agreements (PMAs) and service solutions for building systems, including fire sprinkler and alarm services.

You will identify opportunities with existing clients and new prospects, presenting solutions to meet safety, compliance, and efficiency needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or service-based B2B experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn technical concepts and convey value to customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial customers.
• Generate new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Present and sell preventative maintenance agreements (PMAs).
• Quote service repairs, inspections, and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional customer experience.
