POSITION OVERVIEWUnder the direction and guidance of the Helipass President and/or Director of Customer Operations, the Account Manager will support and promote Helipass services across the United States and other global regions. This individual will take an active role, in partnership with other Account Managers and Customer Operations team, in crafting and executing customer account strategies in an assigned territory. They will provide support in a Sales Engineering capacity for pre-sales engagements and will remain engaged with all customers in their territory to ensure the ongoing fit of Helipass products, services, and product strategy.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIESRevenue GenerationEducate prospects and customer stakeholders on the benefits of the Helipass platformPartner with the Commercial team to craft effective customer strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targetsProspect and qualify new sales leads through activities including (but not limited to) cold calling, emailing, networking ents, service port or office visitsServe as a Sales Engineer for pre-sales engagements, including product demonstrations, business/technical needs discovery, business case development, and value proposition developmentManage procurement process with customers, including activities such as contract negotiation, supporting vendor onboarding processes, and facilitating any audits necessary to maintain vendor status within the customers’ procurement ecosystem(s). Supporting our Customer CommunityWork closely with customer management teams to discover relevant KPIs to their operation and partner with technical SMEs to deploy these KPIs via our Advanced Analytics platformAdvocate on behalf of customers in prioritizing relevant bodies of work (projects, continuous improvement interests, etc.) and as a member of the Helipass Roadmap CommitteeServe as an escalation point for customer stakeholder supportPlan and deliver regular business performance reviews Cultivate a Winning MindsetMaintain a high morale and culture of successDisplay a relentlessly positive, supportive, and optimistic attitude to both our team and our customersBring creativity and insight to the table in crafting solutions for our customersTrack activities in company information systems (CRM, work tracking, etc.) as required and keep current by updating account information regularlyDomestic and International Travel as required to primarily support sales and customer relationshipsOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in business or related field3-5+ years of sales and marketing experience.
