This role is responsible for compiling, analyzing, interpreting and presenting data about processes and results to support and enhance business performance & ensure the current and future profitability of our customer contracts. This position requires a thorough understanding of financial and accounting principles. Ability to collaborate well with others, focus on continuous improvement, and a strong desire to analyze, investigate, and resolve issues based on root cause analysis. A strong critical thinking mindset and being self‑motivated to manage risk and maximize opportunities for the business are key success factors.
Understand and provide visible support of Destination Zero. Practice job duties with Safety at the core of all tasks. A job is not complete unless it is done safely. Stand‑Up, Speak‑Out, and Take Action –Do the right thing when no one is looking, report safety concerns, near misses and incidents to management, and use the Stop Work authority to immediately stop unsafe acts or work practices.
