Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring for an Account Manager in Maine. The role focuses on managing rental accounts, delivering excellent service, driving sales, and coordinating deliveries and pickups to keep accounts healthy.

The position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and strong communication. You will work full-time, with Sunday off and a weekday off, in a physically active role with lifting and driving responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1-6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments utilizing account management tools.
• Complete assigned routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers' homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to all company safety and operational guidelines.
