Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring an Account Manager who will grow and protect a portfolio of rental accounts. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, drive product sales, and oversee deliveries, pickups, and collections with a focus on maintaining strong relationships and store standards.

The role emphasizes mobility, safety, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, 18+ years old, a valid driver’s license, and

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts with strong customer relationships.
Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection standards.
Maintain account health and secure payment commitments.
Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
Adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
