Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of rental accounts and build strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily collection standards.
• Deliver in-store, phone, and in-home white-glove service and drive sales growth.
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups while ensuring showroom standards.
