Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to help grow our rental portfolio and deliver exceptional customer service. You will manage customer relationships, promote new products, perform deliveries and pickups, and support collections activities in line with company policies.

You’ll maintain showroom standards, drive store performance, and work with the team to meet daily objectives. The role is full-time, with a starting hourly wage between $15.00 and $16.15 per hour, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using management tools.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Provide white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and at customers' homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines.
