Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to join our store team. You will handle rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, manage deliveries and pickups, and help maintain showroom standards while following safety guidelines.

This is a full-time role with a starting hourly rate of $15.50–$17, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and maintain relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due).
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
