Rent-A-Center, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to manage rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive account performance. The role includes handling deliveries and pickups, building customer relationships, and contributing to sales growth while upholding RAC standards.

This full-time position offers a starting hourly rate between $18.20 and $18.70, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement within a company known for promoting from within.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills must be demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of rental accounts and build customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using management tools.
• Complete delivery and pickup routes and follow up on accounts.
• Provide white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and at customers' homes.
• Contribute to sales growth through new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
