LBU, Inc. is a Paterson, NJ-based manufacturer looking for an Account Manager to accelerate growth and own key client relationships. You will manage a portfolio, identify opportunities in a protected territory, and deliver exceptional service.

You will partner with senior sales staff, qualify inquiries, prepare quotes, and drive upsell opportunities while maintaining organized CRM activity and high-quality customer communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales, account management, or client-facing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• CRM experience with HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow an established book of business and build long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales Executive and Account Executive to meet team goals.
• Identify new opportunities within a protected territory and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare pricing, quotes, and client presentations.
• Handle daily inbound/outbound calls and high email volume.
• Track customer activity and sales pipeline in CRM.
