Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Rio Grande City, TX is hiring an Account Manager to oversee rental accounts and deliver exceptional service. The role drives account performance, supports sales growth, and delivers merchandise through deliveries and pickups in customers’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of rental accounts and maintain relationships.
• Perform early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and hit daily collection targets.
• Deliver in-store and in-home white-glove service, including deliveries and pickups.
• Generate new rental agreements and support sales growth.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles and adhere to safety policies.
