Lawn Doctor of W. Little Rock is seeking an Account Manager to nurture a portfolio of customer accounts. The role is full-time and on-site in Alexander, AR, focused on building relationships and growing accounts through tailored program recommendations.

You will handle customer communications, coordinate services with the office and field teams, and drive renewals while maintaining precise records in our CRM. A customer-first mindset is essential, with ongoing coaching and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts (phone, email, text).
• Resolve concerns quickly and professionally, coordinating with operations and technicians.
• Proactively follow up after services, answer questions, and reinforce the value of our programs.
• Support retention efforts (renewals, holds, save offers, and service calls).
• Recommend programs and upsell services based on property needs.
• Maintain accurate notes and customer details in the CRM and schedule services.
• Process payments and assist with billing preferences.
