Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of rental accounts and build relationships.
• Perform early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using account tools.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Provide in-store, phone, and in-home white-glove service.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
