Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental accounts and deliver exceptional service. You will conduct early-stage collections, complete deliveries and pickups, and maintain showroom standards while driving sales growth.

The role requires a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license, with the ability to lift heavy merchandise and drive a box truck. The position offers full-time hours and weekly pay.

• Ability to lift/move merchandise and operate a box truck.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due).
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Deliver in-store and in-home white-glove customer service.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
