Job summary

Easyprep — платформа цифрового обучения, помогающая школьникам Швейцарии готовиться к поступлению в Gymnasium. Мы маленькая международная команда на раннем этапе.

Ищем человека, который задаёт темп и обеспечивает исполнение команды, а также развивает новые каналы роста. Основные обязанности включают управление спринтами, устранение блокеров и координацию между командой дизайна, разработки и контента, исследование возможностей фондирования и подготовку предложений для госструктур.

Qualifications

• Опыт работы на раннем этапе стартапа, preferably в EdTech или SaaS.
• Знание agile: планирование спринтов, бэклог и трекинг задач.
• Структурированный подход, работа в Jira и Figma.
• Умение общаться на английском на уровне B2 и выше; немецкий будет плюсом.

Responsibilities

• Возглавлять доставку спринтов и обеспечивать выполнение команды в срок и с высоким качеством.
• Активно снимать блокираторы и обеспечивать координацию между дизайном, разработкой и контентом.
• Делать прозрачными приоритеты и владение задачами; фиксация прогресса в Jira/Figma.
• Исследовать основы и фонды для поддержки учащихся, выстраивать партнерства с фондами.
• Помогать основателю выигрывать контракты с государственными органами Швейцарии через подготовку proposals и презентаций.
• Использовать ИИ-инструменты для быстрого поиска и анализа; тщательно проверять результаты.
• Подготовлять выводы для быстрого принятия обоснованных решений.

Job description

Описание: easyprep is a digital learning platform that prepares students in Switzerland for the entrance exam to the Gymnasium (academic secondary school). We are an early-stage startup with a small, international team. Are you the conductor who sets the pace and keeps the whole team playing in time? Do you make processes run like a well-oiled machine? Then we're looking for you: someone who brings pace and accountability to our team while opening up new growth channels for easyprep.

Задачи

• Take ownership of sprint delivery and make sure the team delivers what it commits to – on time and in high quality
• Actively remove blockers and ensure smooth coordination between design, development and content
• Create full transparency on priorities and progress: every task has a clear owner, and no comment in Jira or Figma goes unanswered
• Research foundations and funding organizations that want to financially support students preparing for the Gymnasium, and build funding partnerships together with the founder – from first contact to implementation
• Help the founder win revenue-generating contracts with public bodies in Switzerland (cantons, municipalities, public schools) by preparing proposals, concepts, presentations and all required information
• Answer new questions quickly and thoroughly, using AI tools and your own research. For example: What technical options are there for running webinars on our platform? What legal requirements apply to a new offering?
• Prepare your findings so that the founder and the team can make fast, well-informed decisions

Требования

• You have worked in an early-stage startup, ideally in EdTech or SaaS, and have been involved in feature rollouts, LMS platforms or digital learning products
• You understand agile methods and apply them confidently in sprint planning, backlog grooming and structured task tracking
• You work in a structured and disciplined way and use tools like Jira and Figma purposefully to create clarity and drive execution
• You hold the team accountable and make sure commitments are kept – even without formal authority
• You use AI tools confidently for research and analysis and critically review the results before passing them on
• You speak and write English at B2 level or higher
