Job summary

WeLearn is seeking a motivated Account Manager for a fully remote, self-employed/B2B role. You will interact daily with creators and influencers, understand their needs, and help grow their independent businesses.

In a fast-paced, meritocratic environment, you will work with global partners and optimize campaigns on Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to deliver impact.

• Fluency in English Basic understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for various creators' and influencers' needs.
• Flexible working hours Positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.
• Entrepreneurial attitude: every creator represents an independent business, and the Account Manager needs to grow.
• Strong willingness to learn.
• A good understanding of Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok ads would be a strong plus.
• Experience in working with influencers or creators on primary social media (e.g. Instagram and TikTok) would be a strong plus.
• Experience in Client-facing roles would be a plus.
