Job summary

CoTrain, on behalf of Trybe, is hiring four Account Managers to own long-term relationships with the brands on its platform. You’ll manage a book of about 100 brand accounts paying Trybe fees, monitor account health, and proactively help each brand grow while building lasting partnerships.

Remote to start with NY relocation by Jan 2027, then onsite in New York. Reporting to Bobby, this is a full-time, permanent role with a discretionary bonus up to 15% of base for growing the book and helping

CoTrain is hiring on behalf of Trybe, which is bringing on four Account Managers to own long-term relationships with the brands on its platform. You’ll manage a book of approximately 100 brands paying $900 to $5,000/month in Trybe fees, keep accounts healthy, and proactively help each brand grow. You’ll report to Bobby. CoTrain is a vetted marketplace that connects companies with elite, pre-screened talent, so you go straight to real work.

They’re especially excited to hear from account managers at TikTok Shop agencies, since they’re already doing much of this job today. This is a full‑time, permanent position.

Location

Remote to start, with relocation to New York required by January 2027. After that, this role is onsite in New York.

Compensation

$100,000/year base salary, based on experience. Full‑time, permanent, with a discretionary bonus of up to 15% of base for Account Managers who meaningfully grow their book and help brands beyond what the Brand Growth team provides.
